Sound Ceremony | Guadalupe Maravilla

We are hosting a sound ceremony before the launch of Guadalupe Maravilla’s exhibition Piedras de Fuego (Fire Stones) (26 October 2024 to 15 February 2025). This meditative event derives from Maravilla’s practice and is centred on healing and the use of sound and vibration therapy to improve physical and psychological health. Led by Maravilla – who will activate the gongs in his Disease Thrower sculptures – it will involve participant’s sitting or lying on yoga mats to give quiet attention to an immersive soundscape.

The ceremony will last approximately 1 hour.
